Vague “fully guaranteed” language is easy to write and hard to hold anyone to. So here's ours itemised — what's covered, for how long, and what isn't.
Structure & timber frame
A 10-year guarantee on the load-bearing frame, floor and roof structure we build.
EPDM rubber roof membrane
Covered against splitting and seam failure under the membrane manufacturer's warranty.
Aluminium doors & windows
Manufacturer guarantee on frames, glazing units and hardware, registered in your name.
Our workmanship
If anything we installed isn't right, we come back and put it right — same team, no quibble.
What isn't covered
Not covered: general wear, storm or accidental damage, and any alteration made by another trade after handover. Natural cedar is expected to weather and silver over time — that's the material behaving as intended, not a fault.
Because the person who quotes your build is the joiner who frames it, we're happy to put our name to it in writing — and to come back if we ever need to.
