A deposit secures your slot in the schedule and books the materials. We agree a start date and a realistic build window up front, so you know exactly when the team arrives and roughly when you’ll have the keys.

We prepare and lay the foundation to suit your ground, so the building sits dead level and stays dry underneath. The unglamorous stage that everything else quietly depends on for decades.

Frame, insulation, cladding, roof, doors and glazing go up, then the interior is fitted out — power, data, heating, plastering, flooring and the final trim. Same directly-employed team throughout; they turn up when they say they will and keep the site tidy.

We walk the finished room with you, hand over any manufacturer paperwork registered in your name, and set out your guarantee in writing. And if anything isn’t right afterwards, the same team comes back to put it right.
